Coach Track – Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Coach Track.
• Trainers and clients receive workspace access by invitation from a gym/studio administrator or trainer. Workspace administrators may create an account through the applicable signup flow.

2. User Roles & Responsibilities

• Admins: Trainers with extended rights; can manage clients, sessions, measurements, payments, invite users, and view trainer salaries.
• Trainers: Can manage their own clients (sessions, measurements, payments, invitations). Trainers cannot view salaries of other trainers.
• Clients: Invited by trainers or gyms to participate in sessions, view plans, and track progress.
• All users must provide accurate information and use the platform only for legitimate gym/studio purposes.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed to the gym/studio (not directly to trainers or clients).
• A 7-day free trial is provided.
• Refunds may be granted if the service was not substantially used after subscription.
• Subscription plans may be changed or cancelled at any time in accordance with billing cycles.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Engage in fraud or misuse of the platform.
• Share accounts or login credentials.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Use the service outside of gym/studio management contexts.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Coach Track is a data tracking and management platform.
• We are not liable for injuries, training outcomes, financial losses, or decisions made based on data in the platform.
• The platform provides organizational and analytical tools only.
• Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
• Disputes will be resolved through mediation/arbitration in Switzerland, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
